Taking an Ayurvedic approach, we’ll look at the sources of imbalance and how we can improve our digestion, sleep, mood, and vitality through the foods we eat. You will be able to better identify how and what to eat to support a smooth transition. You do not need to be in this season of life to attend and find value and usefulness in the teachings for when this time comes. Includes a live cooking demonstration and food samples to try.
