Welcome to the 21-day reset where you will get a complete refresh of your body, mind, and spirit, and realize how they are not separate but one! When we feed our body nutritious, yummy movement, give our mind the quiet and tools it needs, and nourish our physical body with clean, delicious, healthy food we will find how well we can function and feel our very best! That’s what the 21-day reset does for you!  With lifetime, lasting results!

The 21-day reset will help you align your body, mind, and spirit to move forward as a healthy, happy version of you! There are three prongs to the 21-day reset you can enter into all three of them, only two, or only one.

The Reset will begin with one free live session on January 2nd at 4:30 pm, (in person and virtual) and then the 21 days will begin on January 10th.

This 3-part program will touch on all aspects of being to make lasting changes in your life. 

1. Cultivating Wellness
The first offering is Cultivating Wellness. Under this segment, we'll participate in six health classes led by certified health coach and Rising Tide owner, Shaunna Sutcliffe. These classes are designed to introduce gradual habits that lead to a complete embrace of a clean and healthy lifestyle. Each session includes homework assignments and accountability measures for the subsequent class. Between sessions, group chats will facilitate accountability and address any queries. The classes offer two options: a virtual track and an in-person track. Every participant will be invited to a daily accountability group chat. 2. Functional Movement
Embark on a transformative journey into the new year by establishing a sustainable habit of enhanced movement led by Katrina Cantu. Recognizing that it takes 21 days to solidify a habit, you’ll be asked to participate in a comprehensive 21-day movement reset. Throughout this program, Katrina will conduct live online sessions with you on 10 occasions, all of which will be recorded for flexible access during the 21-day period.

The movement sessions will seamlessly integrate various practices, including Hatha Yoga, Primal Vinyasa, Pilates-inspired movements, Kriya Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, providing your body with a holistic and revitalizing experience. Katrina emphasizes the significance of daily practice during these 21 days to maximize the benefits and truly reset your movement habits. Class times and Days are included with more info here

3. Meditation, Breath & Kriya

Embark on a profound 21-day meditation reset led by Katrina, where she will guide you through live online meditation practices on ten occasions within this transformative period. Fear not if you miss a session, as all practices will be meticulously recorded for convenient access throughout the entire 21-day duration. Katrina skillfully weaves together Meditation, Breathwork, Mantra, and Kriya techniques, creating a harmonious blend aimed at helping you discover a profound sense of inner peace.

Embracing the power of daily practice, Katrina encourages you to engage consistently, unlocking the transformative potential that comes with such dedication.
